Good news, travellers: Kenya Airways (KQ) is set to resume its direct flights to London Heathrow Airport come June 26th 2025 after a new two-month hiatus.
The announcement came after the Kenyan government lifted its suspension to and from the UK. This move marks a step forward in connecting the two nations. While sharing his excitement about the move, Julius Thairu, KQ’s acting Chief Commercial and customer officer, said:

The resumption of flights to London is a big deal for us. It’s in line with our plans to expand our routes as restrictions ease. Not only will this resumption boost trade and tourism but also give our customers convenient global travel options. We are fully committed to ensuring your health and safety throughout the journey.
