Dennis Obel is the Founder of Afrofeast and an International Development Specialist based on Arrernte Country in Alice Springs. A self-described "Village Boy with a Global Spirit," Dennis’s journey spans from the streets of Kampala to the halls of the Harvard Kennedy School. With over 20 years of experience serving communities in 30+ countries (including work with the Red Cross and VSO), he writes about the intersection of food, heritage, and resilience.
